Commercial Concrete Leveling Services
Appearance plays a significant role in a customer’s decision to enter your store or business. If the parking lot or walkway to your building is in disarray, people may choose to drive by. Don’t let unsightly, uneven concrete be a deterrent for your potential customers, a tripping hazard, and a safety risk.
Commercial concrete repair can be fast and effective with slabjacking services from DL Polyjack. We inject a polyurethane foam under sunken concrete slabs to fill voids and raise existing concrete. This saves you from needing to put in new concrete, restores the appearance and accessibility of your concrete, and prevents your concrete surfaces from cracking and crumbling in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
The biggest difference between ‘Polyjacking’ and ‘Mudjacking’ is the material used to level concrete. Mudjacking refers to a grout mixture that is injected beneath the slab to lift it. Polyjacking is a 2 part polyurethane foam mixture that is injected beneath the slab to create an expansive polymer foam that will lift it. For more information comparing the price, durability, and methods of polyjacking and mudjacking check out this blog.
Polyjacking can be limited during freezing winter temps, however, polyjacking is not as limited as mudjacking in winter months. The rapid setting polyurethane foam used is a combination of two materials that react and produce foam. Heat is a bi-product of this reaction, and we also use heated hoses to keep the material warm during the injection process. The foam is largely unaffected from cold temperatures, so it can be used in cold weather.
Yes. After we receive a quote request from a potential customer, we will quickly reach out and get you on the schedule for a free onsite estimate.
Void filling is a preventative measure for adding needed support to concrete slabs with an empty space beneath them. Sometimes only a portion of the area beneath a slab washes away. In this case, it is important to fill that space to add support before the concrete settles and cracks. This is where we can drill holes in the top of the slab and inject foam that will fill the empty space and add support.
Void filling is a great way to protect your investment in your home. If you are interested in reading more in depth about the void filling process, follow this link to one of our blog posts!
After we receive a request for a quote, we will reach out to schedule a time for the quote at the earliest convenience of the homeowner. When the homeowner decides to hire us, we then get them on the schedule. We can typically have this process (time from quote request to project completion) done in two weeks.
On the day of the project we typically need 3-4 hours to complete a concrete lift. All projects are unique, and some may require more time. In this case, we will always let the homeowner know if we plan on needing a longer window to complete the home improvement project.
Our high-performance polyurethane foam is fast setting, its ready in just minutes. After we lift your concrete driveway, it will be ready to be used by the time we are done cleaning up and leaving the project.
With our polyjack system we drill 3/8″ holes to inject our material beneath the slab, which is smaller than the size of a penny.
Yes. Some of our best projects have been done on stamped or exposed aggregate concrete slabs. The pattern of the finish actually hides the drill holes very well.
For a typical polyjack project we can have your concrete problems repaired for about 50% or more of the cost of a concrete replacement project. While cost is the number one priority for most people… a close second is the less invasive process of foam leveling.
We can be in and out in less than a day. Consider what it would take for a concrete replacement. It would likely be a few day project with jackhammers busting out concrete, heavy equipment damaging your yard, and high cost of material and labor.
With our process we drive right up with our equipment, inject our material, and leave with no headache.
